Start at the beginning stage, every new supplier will be verified via the following steps:
‧ Check Legal Business Registration of local government to verify the validity of the company.
‧ Check Authorized Distributor Certification to ensure the reliability of their sourcing.
‧ Collect Trade References and Comments from Internet as to make sure their background are clean.

To maintain the reliability and sustainability of our suppliers’ list, we have established a list of procedure to review all existing suppliers regularly:
‧ Blacklisted Mechanism. Those suppliers who have provided fake parts or with bad record will be added into our blacklist and all of our buyers are prohibited to do business with them.
‧ System Traceability. All rejected goods, returned transactions and blacklisted suppliers will be recorded in our trading system so it can be traced up easily without missing.
‧ Questionnaire Annual Review. Our buyers are responsible to handle the annual review by filling up the questionnaire to rate the performance of the suppliers’ including reliability and validity.
‧ Scoring System. Conclude the purchasing history and result of the annual review, suppliers will have a grading as to determine the frequency of reviewing within the year.

Together with the most advanced equipments, our own professional Inspection Team is able do visual inspection once the product passed onto our hands. From the packaging materials to the parts verification, all are required to go through under our rigorous and demanded setting of verification procedures. We will make sure that the goods to our customers are the original in high quality with no doubt.

Every department has their own monitoring procedure to ensure that all steps are running through the standard required. Started from our well-trained frontline staffs, all parts will be checked and handled properly; meanwhile the senior supervisors who are bearing solid industry knowledge and experiences will look close on the whole working process. Aimed to provide better services and safeguard to our customer, we keep investing on employees training, system renewal and procedure review. Though our effort and reliability have been attested by the ISO Management System in the past 8 years already, we are not be satisfied and will continue to put more effort on improvement.
